Precision and Passion

The brief for this townhouse development was to build homes that were

  • high performing using Passive House principles.
  • visually interesting and with striking street appeal.
  • well-designed that catered for inner city living with garden city principles.
  • high performing, energy efficient and light filled homes.

Overview

Mark from Taylor & Knowles has been searching for years for the right block of land to build his passion project. His vision was to find a block where he could justify building high end townhouses that performed extremely well, were architecturally stunning and would sit above everything else in its field.

This vision has been realised in Batocara – an exciting collaboration between Taylor & Knowles, DNA Architects and Sugar Designs. The inner-north townhouse development complex represents a bold step in the creation of a wonderfully satisfying boutique development which reflect garden city principles whilst still maintaining inner city conveniences.
